A typical programme runs 90–120 days from approved tech pack to shipment, depending on fabric lead time.

We map your range plan, target cost, compliance needs and delivery window. Output: a written brief and an indicative costing.

Sourcing
Factories and mills shortlisted, audited and quoted against your specification. Output: an open costing sheet with the unit's audit dates.

Sampling
Proto, fit and salesman samples developed on a fixed calendar. Output: physical samples plus a fit-comment log per round.

Production
Bulk booked, materials in-housed, line loaded and supervised daily. Output: weekly status with photographs from the floor.

Quality Control
Inline and final AQL inspection, metal detection and packing verification. Output: a signed inspection report before anything is sealed.

Delivery
Consolidated, documented and shipped. Output: full shipping documents and tracking until it reaches your warehouse.

Dates hold because someone owns them. Every stage has a named owner on both sides and a written approval before the next one opens.

The practical detail.
What happens if a shipment date slips?
You hear it from us within 24 hours, with the revised date and the recovery plan. We would rather deliver bad news early than a surprise at booking.
Who inspects the goods?
Our own QA staff, never the factory's internal QC. Reports are photo-logged and signed, and you receive them before cartons are sealed.
Can we visit the factory?
Yes. We arrange the visit and join you — every unit we use is one we are willing to walk you through unannounced.
What if the AQL inspection fails?
Production is held, the lot is reworked at the factory's cost under our agreement, and we re-inspect before release.
